Dear Cache Families,

As we settle into the school year, I wanted to share a few simple ways you can support your child’s learning at home. These small steps can make a big difference in their academic success and overall well-being.

•  Establish a consistent homework routine: Try setting up a quiet, well-lit space for homework and choosing a regular time each day to complete it.

•  Encourage reading: Reading together for just 15–20 minutes a day builds vocabulary, comprehension, and a lifelong love of books.

•  Limit screen time: Setting reasonable boundaries around TV, video games, and devices—especially during study time—helps kids stay focused.

•  Celebrate effort and progress: Let’s cheer on hard work and growth, not just grades. Every step forward matters!

•  Ensure adequate sleep and nutrition: A well-rested, nourished child is better equipped to learn and thrive.

•  Stay connected: ParentSquare is a great way to keep in touch with your child’s teacher. Regular communication helps us work together to support your child’s success.
